7. Missing Items
Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via help@silkenanddreams.com.
Resolution: We will investigate the issue and either send a replacement item or offer a refund.


8. Return Policy
Return Period: Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receipt.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
Refund Conditions: Refunds will be approved if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Defective or incorrectly delivered products will be reimbursed after inspection.
Refund Period: After approval, the refund will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
Return Costs: Return shipping costs for all products are fully covered by Silken and Dreams. See section 7 in the return policy for exceptions.


9. Restocking Fee
No Restocking Fee: Silken and Dreams does not charge any fees for returns.


10. Return Shipping Costs
For Defective Products: No costs for the customer. This applies if the product is defective, damaged during transport, or incorrectly delivered.
For Customer Remorse (wrong order, does not fit, or not wanted): The actual cost of the return shipment will be covered by Silken and Dreams.
